Dr. Nicols attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where she also completed her residency. She is married to her husband, Lee, and they have two sons and one daughter. Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Board Member for organizations such as Goodwill Industries (2010 – 2016) and Southern Christian Services for Children & Youth (2022 -present). She loves to spend time with her family, is an avid reader, and enjoys horseback riding and cooking.
